中国路桥工程有限责任公司（英語：China Road and Bridge Corporation，简称中国路桥，缩写CRBC）是一家中国国有建筑工程公司，是中国交通建设股份有限公司（中交集团，CCCC）的全资子公司。其前身为1958年成立的中华人民共和国交通部对外援助办公室，1979年改为现名，2005年并入中交集团[1]，参与了许多一带一路的工程项目[2]（p. 133）。
