Scope

This project aims to encourage creation of articles and improve the quality of articles about photography, the process, activity and art of creating still images. This includes the photographic results of the art, photographers, forms of photography, and the science and technology of photography.

Task forces and related projects

History of Photography This task force focuses on the history of the medium and its photographers, photographs and publications.
Wikipedia:Graphics Lab aims to improve images, including photographs, used on Wikipedia.
Wikipedia:WikiProject Images and Media/Photography focuses on image maintenance. This project helps contribute to and improve the quality and organization of Wikipedia's images.
