ત્રિનેત્રેશ્વર મંદિર ગુજરાતના સુરેન્દ્રનગર જિલ્લાના તરણેતર ગામમાં આવેલું ગુર્જર પ્રતિહાર શૈલીનું ભગવાન શિવનું મંદિર છે.[૧][૨][૩] તે સમ્રાટ મિહિર ભોજે ૮ મી સદીમાં બંધાવ્યું હતું.[૪][૫]
