ਕਰਸਨਦਾਸ ਮੁਲਜੀ (25 ਜੁਲਾਈ 1832-28 ਅਗਸਤ 1871) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ, ਸਮਾਜ ਸੁਧਾਰਕ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਐਲਫਿਨਸਟੋਨ ਕਾਲਜ ਦਾ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਪੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਗੁਜਰਾਤੀ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਸਥਾਗਤ ਧਰਮ ਨਾਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਸੀ।^[2]

ਕਰਸਨਦਾਸ ਮੁਲਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਕਟੋਰੀਆ ਦੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਬੰਬਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ 1867 ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਠੀਆਵਾਰ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਲਈ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।^[3]
