  ਡਾ. ਬਾਨੀ ਯਾਦਵ (ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ੀ: Dr. Bani Yadav; ਜਨਮ 7 ਸਤੰਬਰ 1971) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰੈਲੀ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ, ਮੋਟਰਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਮਰਥਕ ਹੈ। ਯਾਦਵ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਇਕਲੌਤੀ ਔਰਤ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਕਰਾਸ ਕੰਟਰੀ ਰੈਲੀ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਜਿੱਤੇ।[1]

ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ

ਯਾਦਵ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਲਖਨਊ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਪਰਵਰਿਸ਼ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ। ਰੇਸਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਉਸਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ 13 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਿਸਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ 43 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ 2013 ਦੇ ਜੈਪੁਰ ਸਪੀਡ ਸਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਹ ਦੂਜੇ ਸਥਾਨ 'ਤੇ ਰਹੀ।

ਯਾਦਵ 2015 ਏਸ਼ੀਆ-ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਰੈਲੀ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਤੇਜ਼ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਸੀ। ਯਾਦਵ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ, ਬਰਾਬਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲਿੰਗ ਸਮਾਨਤਾ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਬਾਣੀ 2018 ਅਤੇ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਆਟੋਕ੍ਰਾਸ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨ-ਔਰਤ ਸੀ [2] ਉਹ ਅਬੂ ਧਾਬੀ ਯਾਸ ਮਰੀਨਾ ਸਰਕਟ ' ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਫਾਰਮੂਲਾ 4 ਕਾਰਾਂ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਔਰਤ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਇਕਲੌਤੀ ਔਰਤ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਮੋਟਰਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾਕਟਰੇਟ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ।

ਯਾਦਵ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2013 ਵਿੱਚ ਰੀੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਦੀ ਸੱਟ ਲੱਗ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਉਸਦੀ ਸਿਹਤਯਾਬੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਪਿੱਠ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਜਰੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਛੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਲੱਗੇ। ਉਹ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੌੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਗਈ।

ਯਾਦਵ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਉਸਦੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਸੁਰੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਦੋ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਰੈਲੀ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਵੀ ਹਨ।[3]

ਜਿੱਤਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਔਰਤ - ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਪੈਸੀਫਿਕ ਰੈਲੀ ਕੱਪ ਆਫ਼ ਕੌਫੀ ਡੇ ਰੈਲੀ - 2015 ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰੈਲੀ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਵਰਗ।

2000cc ਕਲਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਥਾਨ - ਕੌਫੀ ਡੇ ਰੈਲੀ - ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਰੈਲੀ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਦਾ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਪੈਸੀਫਿਕ ਰੈਲੀ ਕੱਪ।

ਮਾਰੂਤੀ ਸੁਜ਼ੂਕੀ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਆਟੋਕ੍ਰਾਸ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ 2016 ਵਿੱਚ ਤੀਜੀ 1650 ਸੀਸੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ।

ਅਬੂ ਧਾਬੀ ਯਾਸ ਮਰੀਨਾ ਸਰਕਟ ਵਿਖੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਫਾਰਮੂਲਾ 4 ਕਾਰ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਔਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਸ਼ੇਲਿਨ ਲਈ PS 4 ਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਟਾਇਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ।

2017-18 ਲਈ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ "ਸਰਬੋਤਮ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ" ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

2016-17 ਲਈ "ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਰੈਲੀਲਿਸਟ" ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ (ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ਼ ਐਜੂਕੇਟਰਜ਼ ਫਾਰ ਵਰਲਡ ਪੀਸ - ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ)

FMSCI ਦੁਆਰਾ 2016 ਲਈ ਰੈਲੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੋਟਰਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀਆ ਔਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਨਿਰਭਯਾ ਜੋਤੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ 2018 ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ[5]

ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਹੂੰ ਬੇਟੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ 2018 ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਮੋਟਰਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਲਈ ਅਰਜਨਟੀਨਾ ਗਣਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਦੂਤ ਮਹਾਮਹਿਮ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਡੈਨੀਅਲ ਚੁਬੁਰੂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ

ਕਨਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਜ਼ ਦੁਆਰਾ CII - IWN ਵੂਮੈਨ ਅਚੀਵਰ ਅਵਾਰਡ 2017 ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ।

ਸਾਲ 2016 ਲਈ ਐਮਿਟੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੂਮੈਨਜ਼ ਅਚੀਵਰਜ਼ ਅਵਾਰਡ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ।

2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੇ 70ਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਵ ਸੰਧਿਆ 'ਤੇ ਦੂਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਚੋਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ 4 ਮਹਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ।
