စင်ကာပူနည်းပညာနှင့်ဒီဇိုင်းတက္ကသိုလ် (အင်္ဂလိပ်: Singapore University of Technology and Design)သည် စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံ၏ စတုတ္ထမြောက် အစိုးရထောက်ပံ့ကြေးရ (publicly-funded)[၄] ကိုယ်တိုင်ဆုံးဖြတ်အုပ်ချုပ်နိုင်သော (autonomous) တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။[၅]၎င်းတက္ကသိုလ်ကို အတိုကောက်အားဖြင့် အက်စ်ယူတီဒီ (SUTD)ဟုလည်း ခေါ်ကြသည်။

မက်ဆာချူးဆက် စက်မှုတက္ကသိုလ်၏ "အင်စတီကျုပါမောက္ခ"တစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်သည့် သောမတ်စ် မက်ဂနန်တီ (Thomas Lee Magnanti)သည် စင်ကာပူနည်းပညာနှင့်ဒီဇိုင်းတက္ကသိုလ်ကို စတင်တည်ထောင်သည့် တက္ကသိုလ်ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ (founding president) ဖြစ်သည်။[၆] စင်ကာပူနည်းပညာနှင့်ဒီဇိုင်းတက္ကသိုလ်၏ စတင်တည်ထောင်သည့် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးအရာရှိချုပ် (founding provost)ဖြစ်သည့် ချုန်းတိုးချုန်း (Chong Tow Chong)မှ ၂၀၁၈-ခုနှစ်တွင် ဤကျောင်း၏ ဒုတိယမြောက် တက္ကသိုလ်ဥက္ကဋ္ဌအဖြစ် ပြောင်းလဲတာဝန်ယူခဲ့သည်။[၇] လက်ရှိ တက္ကသိုလ်ဥက္ကဋ္ဌဖြစ်သည့် ဖူးကော့ကွမ်း (Phoon Kok Kwang)သည် ၂၀၂၄-ခုနှစ် ဩဂုတ်လ ၁-ရက်နေ့တွင် တာဝန်လွဲပြောင်းယူခဲ့သည်။[၈]
