和他砵利潔汾（1876年11月24號—1937年2月11號）係美國則師兼景觀則師。至出名構思出澳洲首都坎京，以及紐修威潔拂夫同理頓兩鎮，同埋夫妻檔做雪梨市郊卡素乪。
受到芝加哥草原學派影響，佢同老婆馬莉安馬浩潔汾拍檔，拓展出獨特現代風格。廿八年間，構思出三百五十項，屋宇、景觀同城市設計都有，又諗出種種建築材料、室內裝修、家俬同其他家庭用品。
佢一八七六年美國伊利諾州美活出世[1]，一八九九年得建築學士，一畢業搬到芝加哥。一九一一年結婚，一九一二年澳洲首都設計得獎。一九一三年去咗澳洲視察。一九一四年同老婆一齊移居澳洲，負責坎京項目。由於第一次世界大戰，無乜資金，又同政府不和，至終畀政府排擠，無法負責到底。打後佢喺澳洲接咗好多單工作。一九三五年，佢喺印度起圖書館。一九三七年腹膜炎死喺印度，亦葬喺嗰度基督教墳場。
佢在生時，得到讚賞不足。但死後，名聲就日漸升高。一九六四年，坎京按佢生前構思，填滿個湖，之後以佢命名。其他屋宇等亦得到欣賞。
