约巴林达

约巴林达（英語：Yorba Linda）是位於美国加利福尼亚州奥兰治县北部的一座城市，距離洛杉磯市中心約64公里，人口约6万（2000年）。
第37任美国总统理查德·尼克松出生于约巴林达，也因此尼克松總統圖書館也設於此。

[编辑]約巴·林達(Yorba Linda)一名由兩個字組成：前面的Yorba得自於曾擁有過這片土地的大農場主伯納多·約巴閣下(Don Bernardo Yorba)之姓；後面的Linda則是「美地」一詞的西班牙文。因此市名的意思就是「約巴的好地方」，由Janss Investment Company於1908年命名。[1][2]

1908 The Janss Investment Company bought from Jacob Stern part of the land that made up the Rancho Cañon de Santa Ana. They named the area “Yorba Linda” and began selling it by the acre in 1909.
