나오미 크리처(Naomi Kritzer)는 미국의 사변물 작가이자 블로거이다.[1][2] 그녀의 2015년 단편 소설 "Cat Pictures Please"는 로커스상과 휴고상을 수상했으며[3] 네뷸러상 후보에 올랐다. 그녀의 소설 Catfishing on CatNet은 2020년 로데스타상을 수상했다.
생애
[편집]크리처는 런던과 네팔에서 거주했다. 그녀는 매디슨 (위스콘신주)의 윙그라 스쿨(사립학교, 1978-1986), 잉글랜드 해링게이구의 하이게이트 우드 세컨더리 스쿨 (1986-1987), 매디슨 웨스트 고등학교 (1987-1991), 노스필드 (미네소타주)의 칼턴 칼리지 (1991-1995)를 다녔다.[4][5] 2020년 현재, 그녀는 세인트폴 (미네소타주)에 거주하며 지역 선거에 대해 블로그를 운영하고 있다.[6]
경력
[편집]1999년부터 크리처는 다수의 단편 소설과 여러 장편 소설을 발표했는데, 여기에는 Bantam Books의 두 편의 삼부작과 판타지 & 사이언스 픽션의 씨스테드 단편 시리즈가 포함된다. 그녀의 2015년 단편 소설 "Cat Pictures Please"는 Clarkesworld Magazine에 발표되었으며 로커스상과 휴고상을 수상했고 네뷸러상 후보에 올랐다.[7]
