Your translation is good and I had no problem understanding it in Korean. There are also many references, so it seems more credible. However, it would be better if you could link to the original documents so that we can understand words like 'hacker' in more detail. Since hacker is a minor topic, I think there will be many people who need additional explanations, so if you add this link, it will be a more colorful and useful article.
