C with breve (C̆, c̆) is an additional letter used in the Jarai language.[citation needed] It is also used in the romanisation ISO 9, to transliterate the Cyrillic letter Abkhazian Che (Ҽ ҽ).[1] In the IPA, the lowercase represents a ⓘ
