21st September University for Medical and Applied Sciences (Arabic: جامعة 21 سبتمبر للعلوم الطبية والتطبيقية) is a public university located in Sana'a, Yemen. It was established in 2016 as the first specialized medical university in the country, aiming to address the urgent need for qualified medical professionals and scientific education during a period of ongoing conflict and humanitarian challenges.

The university focuses on providing high-quality education in medicine, nursing, laboratory sciences, and other applied medical fields. Since its foundation, it has developed a strong academic and clinical reputation, supporting Yemen's health system with trained graduates and applied research initiatives.

Faculties

The university is led by Prof. Mojahed Ali Hatem Measar, who also serves as President of the Supreme Medical Council of Yemen.[7]
