68 Nigerian Army Reference Hospital (68 NARH) is a tertiary military hospital located in Yaba, Lagos State, Nigeria. Operated by the Nigerian Army Medical Corps, it serves military personnel, their families, veterans, and civilians. As one of the most prominent military hospitals in Nigeria it plays a vital role in both clinical care and medical logistics.[1]

The hospital was established in 1967 during the Nigerian Civil War to provide advanced medical care to wounded soldiers and military personnel. Over the decades, it has evolved into a full-service tertiary hospital with specialized departments and research units. The hospital has also been recognized for its role in supporting Operation Triple Zero (OTZ), a program aimed at achieving zero missed appointments, zero unsuppressed viral loads, and zero stigma among adolescents living with HIV.[3]
