Arman Reza (Arman Ansari)
[edit]Arman Reza (officially known as Arman Ansari; born August 29, 2006) is a Nepali developer, cybersecurity researcher, and youth advocate. He is recognized for his technical contributions acknowledged by Microsoft and for his involvement in international policy through his work with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) as a Youth Advisory Member.
Early Life and Education
[edit]Arman was born in Sarlahi, Nepal. From a young age, he displayed a strong interest in computing and cybersecurity. He pursued his studies in information technology at KIST College in Kathmandu, where he received a full government scholarship.
Career
[edit]Arman has received public acknowledgment from major institutions:
- He has been listed by Microsoft for responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities.[1]
- He served as a Youth Advisory Member at the **WSIS Forum 2023**, organized by the **International Telecommunication Union (ITU)**.[2]
- He has worked with various national and international government and cyber agencies.
Media Coverage
[edit]Although still growing in international exposure, Arman has been featured by RONB – a regional news and social media platform – and was publicly introduced by the ITU as a global youth voice in digital policy.
Personal Life
[edit]He is popularly known as Arman Reza in the cybersecurity and developer communities, while legally using the name Arman Ansari. He supports various charitable causes and advocates for youth access to education and technology in Nepal.
