The Aston Martin Driver Development Programme is a driver development programme by Formula One team Aston Martin. It is meant to provide a clear path to the top tiers of motorsport, with the hope of them driving for the team in the future. The scheme are yet to see any graduates to Formula One, however, Felipe Drugovich was the test and reserve driver from 2022 until leaving the programme in 2025, filling in for Lance Stroll for 2023 Pre-Season Testing. Alongside that, Jak Crawford has been announced as test and reserve driver for the 2026 Formula One World Championship.[1]

Additionally, former W Series driver Jessica Hawkins has served as a driver ambassador for the team since 2021. Hawkins drove the AMR21 during a test session in 2023.[8][9]
