International Court of Justice reforms is a part of UN reforms activism by law community including an Indian law student Kiran Kumar Lolakapuri since 2023. He wrote letters to the Supreme Court of India regarding this topic.

The reforms are as follows

UN General Assembly and Security Council sign permanent peace agreement and establish 9 Unions of Nations.

Each of the 9 Unions of Nations establish Union Judiciary and sign agreements which become binding laws.

International Court of Justice in Europe be the Presidency and Centre for Arbitration beyond the 9 Union Courts.

Union Courts also do administration with the help of 9 Union Central Banks and Political Executive.

UN Sustainable Development Goals more importantly hunger, employment and 4 emergencies soil, fossil fuel, minerals, climate change be direct administrative domain of the Union Courts.

Election of the Chief Justices and Judges not particularly important. Seniority and Merit system in India can be a followable system for 5 years. Reforms be a domian of the Judiciary independent of legislature.

Zero crime be a unique goal like SDG. Technology and anonymous data privacy system and active pre crime intervention and necessary new judgement system be considered.

Establishment of an international judiciary can be a human race and civilisation achievement. A monument of rememberance and positive memory be constructed one year later.
