NosMan Project (also written *Nosman* or *Nos-Man*) was a self-proclaimed research group focused on the figure of Spanish physiologist José Manuel Rodríguez Delgado and his experiments on electronic brain stimulation. NosMan is an acronym for *Nos Manipulan* (“They Manipulate Us”). It was formed in 1998.[1]
Manifesto
[edit]In its manifiesto, NosMan claims to be in contact with victims of remote mind control who were allegedly implanted against their will with technologies developed by Delgado, such as the Stimoceiver. They also claim to be persecuted by the CNI and the CIA. No evidence is provided to support these claims.
