Dr. Sam Swapn Sinha (born November 15, 1965, in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India) is an American entrepreneur, author, educator, and business executive. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Strategism Inc., a professional training and consulting firm based in California. Sinha is known for his work in project management, Agile coaching, and corporate upskilling.
Early Life and Education
[edit]Sinha was born in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. He also earned an MBA from Allahabad University and a Bachelor of Science from Lucknow University.
Career

[edit]Before founding his own company, Sinha worked for over 15 years in various corporate roles at organizations including Indian Oil Corporation, HSBC, and Droisys, both in India and the United States.
Strategism Inc.
[edit]In 2008, Sinha founded Strategism Inc., a California-based company offering training and consulting in areas such as IT, Agile transformation, and project management. Under his leadership, Strategism has grown to employ over 40 people and has been featured on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in the U.S.
