Software Mind is a software development and IT consulting firm based in Kraków, Poland. The company was established in 1999 and works on software engineering, cloud, data, and artificial-intelligence projects.[1][2][3]
History
[edit]The company was founded in 1999 by Grzegorz Młynarczyk and Konrad Siatka under the name WebSoft, later adopting the name Software Mind.[1]
In 2014, it merged with Wind Mobile; the combined business operated under the name Ailleron, which is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.[4]
In 2020, the private-equity firm Enterprise Investors bought a 50.2 percent share in Software Mind; Ailleron kept the remaining 49.8 percent.[5]
Reports in 2025 indicated that both owners were considering selling their stakes.[6]
From 2021 to 2024 Software Mind expanded through a series of acquisitions, including ValueLogic,[7] Code Factory,[8] VirtualMind,[9][10] Chmurowisko,[11] Prosoft LLC / number8[12][13] and Core3.[14][15][16][17]
Software Mind provides services including generative AI, AI & ML consulting, cloud engineering, data engineering, digital transformation, custom software development, embedded software, UX/UI design, DevOps consulting, software auditing, security governance, and software outsourcing.[18]
Software Mind has been covered by business and trade media including Bankier.pl, CRN Polska, Puls Biznesu, Forbes Poland, Telecom Review Europe,[19] and Telecom Reseller for its acquisitions and expansion.[20][21][22]
