TechMatter is a software development and technology services company headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan, with operations in the healthcare technology sector. It provides managed IT services, custom software solutions, and healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) services.

History

TechMatter[5][6] was founded in 2017. Over time, the company expanded from IT support and managed services into healthcare technology and revenue cycle management.

In 2025, TechMatter acquired DoctorPapers[7][8], a U.S. medical billing and collections firm, in order to strengthen its healthcare revenue cycle management capabilities.

TechMatter[9] also operates RCM Matter, a subsidiary that provides revenue cycle management and billing services for healthcare providers.
