History

TechMatter^[5]^[6] was founded in 2017. Over time, the company expanded from IT support and managed services into healthcare technology and revenue cycle management.

In 2025, TechMatter acquired DoctorPapers^[7]^[8], a U.S. medical billing and collections firm, in order to strengthen its healthcare revenue cycle management capabilities.

TechMatter^[9] also operates RCM Matter, a subsidiary that provides revenue cycle management and billing services for healthcare providers.
