Manfredi III Chiaramonte and palace founding date
[edit]This Wikipedia article on the Palazzo Chiaramonte states: "The building, intended to be the family palace or castle, was begun as by 1320 under the patronage of the powerful Sicilian lord Manfredi III Chiaramonte." However, on the Italian wikipedia page for Manfredi III Chiaramente, his birth and death dates are given as: c. 1330-1391. Clearly there's an error somewhere. It was either Manfredi I Chiaramonte (his grandfather) or Giovanni Chiaramonte (his father) who founded it. I think perhaps the confusion lies with the poor naming of the wikipedia page Manfredi Chiaramonte, which I think should be re-named 'Manfredi III Chiaramonte'.
