While it's useful for an emoji to redirect to a relevant article, this is not enough to justify the existence of an article. For example, there's no set-index article listing the possible meanings of "Hand with fingers splayed"—🖐️ redirects to Hand. I think the people searching would be fine being redirected to flatbread.
