Webhelp was founded in 1999 in Toronto, Canada, by Kerry Adler and Laura Hantho - Clarification per US SEC S1 Filing 2000
[edit]The company originally launched as Webhelp.com Inc., providing human-assisted online search technology. In 2000, Webhelp expanded to France under a franchise agreement with Frédéric Jousset and Olivier Duha, who operated Webhelp France as a separate entity under license from the original company.
