Doc inconsistency

Please implement the changes at this diff. I fixed the margin in Vector 2022 to align <p>...</p> with <th>...</th> and added stacking functionality like commons:Module:Information/styles.css. This allows templates (e.g. {{Non-free media rationale}}) to stack without extra borders or padding. ‑‑Neveselbert (talk · contribs · email) 20:47, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
