The whole url is not needed when linking, and using the whole url can lock people into a version of Wikipedia they might not prefer(mobile or desktop). Links are written like [[Caries vaccine]].
Questions about an article should be asked on its talk page, in this case, Talk:Caries vaccine. As for the block, this IP falls within a blocked range, you most likely are not the target even though it affects you, but there is no way to know who is on this IP range at any given moment; you can avoid this problem by requesting an account via WP:ACC so that your edits are your own and you are not affected by blocks caused by others. 331dot (talk) 07:48, 8 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
