I believe the statement of Pythoncoder; as its a high likely chance. (Also this page is titled "Finch Care PBC"; but the prose is "Finch is a self-care mobile application"; which is weird.

The page Finch (app) has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was a redirect from the article namespace to a different namespace except the Category, Template, Wikipedia, Help, or Portal namespaces.
