Interpreting close
[edit]Hi, could you clarify what you meant by this close here? I'm a bit confused since the article was deleted even though you closed the discussion as a soft redirect. (Should I recreate it as a soft redirect, or no?) – Closed Limelike Curves (talk) 01:47, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
- @Closed Limelike Curves: Hi there, what the close means is that I read the discussion as having no consensus between deletion or Wiktionary soft redirect for the Bnuuy page. Since there's very minimal support for keeping, our WP:NCRET guide section essentially advises closers to change the page to the prevailing non-deletion outcome, which in this case was the Wiktionary soft redirect. Yes, this title was previously deleted in a recent RfD, recreated by you, and then nominated for RfD by another editor, so it seemed to be fair game for other outcomes. A Wiktionary soft redirect works a little different than a normal redirect in that a reader has to click on the small blue button in the middle of the {{Wiktionary redirect}} template to reach the Wiktionary entry, that's how the soft redirect works. As to the question in parentheses, I do not know how it can be recreated as a soft redirect since it already is a soft redirect. If there's something missing here, please do clarify. - Oh weird, for some reason I could've sworn the page had been deleted. (Maybe I made a typo while searching it?) Sorry about that! – Closed Limelike Curves (talk) 19:29, 23 November 2025 (UTC)
- @Closed Limelike Curves: No worries, glad that things are all sorted on your end. :) Left guide (talk) 20:27, 23 November 2025 (UTC)

Draft Reviewal
[edit]Can you please review Draft:50-50 club and see if anything needs correction. Wishing you all the best and a happy Thanksgiving. Dafootballguy (talk) 03:36, 28 November 2025 (UTC)
- @Dafootballguy: Hi, I'd suggest looking over WP:NOPAGE to decide if this material really needs to have a separate article or can simply be incorporated into Shohei Ohtani, and WP:GNG to see if it meets our notability guideline. I have my doubts about this topic, but if you still believe the article should be published, you are free to move it directly into mainspace yourself (after which it may be subject to a deletion discussion), submit the draft for an independent reviewer to decide using {{AfC submission}}, or discuss with baseball editors at WT:MLB.
