I know you're no longer active here but given I don't have access to Discord at the moment, I hail-mary'ed looking up the caption to the one Tanner image I told you about yesterday and it worked - this result (p. 13, The Huntsville Times, April 5, 1974) contains the image. May also be PD but I'll let you evaluate that. EF5 03:50, 5 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You will be missed

[edit]

Hi, WeatherWriter, I’m sorry if you didn’t wish to see any talk page messages, but I want you to know you will be missed. You have been a vital editor for WikiProject Weather, and have organized some amazing projects and are a collaborative editor I have always looked up to. Hope you are doing well in your personal life, and I hope you eventually return. Hurricane Wind and Fire (talk) 06:09, 6 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome back!

[edit]

Welcome back, and I hope you stay. Was missing you; note that the email I talked about sending at the former ANI report was not actioned on, so I was in the wrong there. You are back in just in time - the first EF5 in almost 13 years was confirmed about an hour ago. My email or Discord DMs are always open if you need something or just need someone to talk to. :) EF5 16:04, 6 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I am not fully back. I will still be semi-retired. I do not want to write full articles anymore. You may see me from time-to-time to do formatting or brief rewrites (sort of like TornadoInformation12). I'll be much more active on the Commons. WeatherWriter (talk) 16:06, 6 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of F5, EF5, and IF5 tornadoes, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page David Sills.
