Drafts

Please note that per WP:DRAFTNOCAT, drafts such as Draft:Deputy Governor of Katsina State are not allowed to be filed in categories next to finished articles. The page must stay out of categories while it's in draft form, and will be added to categories only if and when it gets approved and moved by the AFC reviewer.

And also, as it is not a biographical article about an individual person, it would not go into Category:Living people even if it were in mainspace.
