何塞·古铁雷斯·格拉
何塞·曼努埃尔·古铁雷斯·格拉 [1] （1869年9月5日— 1929年2月3日）是玻利维亚经济学家和政治人物，他曾在牛津大學墨頓學院[2][3]學習，1914年当选国会议员。 [3]他又于1917年至1920年期間担任第28任玻利维亚总统。
