弗雷德里克·韦林顿· 泰勒
弗雷德里克·韦林顿·泰勒（1884年6月23日-1979年6月9日）[1]是加拿大前职业冰球运动员和公务员。他曾两次赢得斯坦利杯，并于1947年入选冰球名人堂。1907年搬到渥太华后，泰勒在加拿大移民、難民及公民部担任與移民事務有關的办事员。1946年，他被授予大英帝國勳章。
