持续性苗勒管综合征

持續性苗勒管综合症（英語：Persistent Müllerian duct syndrome，PMDS）是指在基因和生理上均正常的男性身上，存在苗勒管衍生器官（輸卵管、子宫和/或陰道上部）[1][2]。在人類中，PMDS通常由常染色體隱性[3]先天性障礙引起，一些人認爲是由于存在苗勒管衍生器官而導致的一種假雌雄同體[1][4]。PMDS也可出現在非人類動物中[5][6]。

在XY染色體嬰兒或成人中，PMDS典型特徵包括隱睾和小而發育不全的子宫。這種狀況通常是由于抗苗勒管激素（AMH）基因或抗苗勒管激素受体（英语：Anti-Müllerian hormone receptor）突變導致胎兒AMH作用不足引起的，但也可能是由于靶器官对AMH不敏感所致[1]。

據報道，出生時具有男性生殖器並被診斷為PMDS的Mikey Chanel於2020年通過胞漿內單精子注射（英语：Intracytoplasmic sperm injection）（ICSI）成功懷孕[7][8][9]。
