柏林南北铁路隧道（德語：Berliner Nordsüd-S-Bahn）是柏林城市快鐵（S-Bahn）的多条线路共用的穿过柏林城市中心区的隧道，全长5884米，宽3.43米，高3.83米，1933年动工，1939年建成通车[1]。
