汉坤律师事务所（简称汉坤）是一家总部位于北京的跨国律师事务所，在北京、上海、深圳、香港、海口、武汉、新加坡、纽约、硅谷和伦敦设有分所。[1]汉坤是中国领先的综合性律师事务所，专注于国内、国际间复杂的商业交易和争议的解决。[2][3][4]汉坤也是世界律师事务所联盟（WSG） [5]和环太平洋咨询委员会[6]中唯一的中国成员。

历史

中国

2004年，汉坤在北京成立。

2009年，汉坤在上海和深圳开设了分所。

2014年，汉坤通过与一家香港律师事务所合作进入香港市场。香港所是汉坤在中国大陆以外的首个分所。

2022年4月，汉坤在海口开设了分所。

2022年7月，汉坤武汉分所开业。

汉坤新加坡所位于莱佛士坊一号

2022年11月，汉坤香港所与其香港关联律师事务所合并，合并后挂牌汉坤。


国际

2023年6月，汉坤在新加坡开设了第一家国际分所。

2023年12月，汉坤在纽约开设了分所。

2025年6月，汉坤在硅谷开设了分所。

2025年9月，汉坤在伦敦开设了分所。 [7]
