無塵服
無塵服又稱防塵服，[1][2][3]是指在净室中穿着的连体服，目的是防止毛发掉入净室。例如半导体和纳米技术生产线工人、技术人员、设备工程师以及医疗器械、生物制药和光学仪器行业從事生产无菌产品的人员要穿無塵服。無塵服若是被污染，要进行干洗以及高压灭菌。 [4][5]
