維多利亞州法律政策專員（英語：Solicitor-General of Victoria）是澳洲維多利亞州排名第二的律政專員，僅次於維多利亞州律政司（Attorney-General of Victoria）。該職位的任職人由州內閣根據其法律專業知識委任。法律政策專員是行政機構的成員。以前，他們亦被選為議會議員，但自20世紀早期及中期以來不再如此。[1]

維多利亞州法律政策專員的職能是雙重的。首先，其擔任維多利亞州的高級法律顧問。其次，其在以維多利亞州為興訟一方的重大法律訴訟中代表州官方。其亦參與維多利亞州律政司根據《1903年司法機構法令》（Judiciary Act 1903）第78A條干預的聯邦事務，或根據《2006年人權及責任憲章法令》（Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006）第34條且與該法有關的事務。
