가는발가락개구리과(Eleutherodactylidae)는 개구리목 신와아목에 속하는 양서류 과이다.[1] 2개 아과, 4속 207종으로 이루어져 있다. 남아메리카 북부 지역과 카리브해, 북아메리카 남단 지역에서 발견된다.
