아프리카급류개구리과(Petropedetidae)는 개구리목에 속하는 양서류과의 하나이다. 3속 12종으로 이루어져 있다.[1][2] 사하라 이남 아프리카의 열대 기후 지역에서 발견된다.[1][3]
