Lookin' Through the Windows is the sixth studio album by American pop group The Jackson 5. It was released on May 17, 1972, by Motown Records.[1]

Background

The album was recorded over 1971–1972. The title song was written by Clifton Davis and produced by Hal Davis.[2] It also includes a cover of “Little Bitty Pretty One.”

The album shows Michael Jackson's voice beginning to change as he grew older.[3]

Reception

The album sold about 3 million copies worldwide.[4] The single "Lookin' Through the Windows" reached No. 16 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and No. 5 on the R&B chart.[5]
