Naming

[change source]

Why have we dropped the ", Italy" part of the name? There is another Naples in Florida. I propose to move it back to the original name and turn the existing page into a disambiguation page. Jordanhatch 18:15, 10 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Naming conventions for US cities is City, State. For every other country though it starts to get slack. We have City, State (region/county/etc), City, Country and City. It starts to get confusing at times though many times the city name is relatively unique (or well known enough that it is the first place thought of for that name ie. London, Moscow, Sydney). For smaller countries or countries with less cities, City, Country usually works fine and probably should be the case here. -- Creol(talk) 11:08, 11 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Population figures

[change source]

This city's population figures might be unbalanced, because according if we look at this source, it's 960,000, means almost a million. Justicejayant (talk) 10:18, 4 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
