Natural numbers are usually defined as the set {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ...} but are sometimes defined as including 0: {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ...}. Positive integers are the integers (Z: {.., -2, -1, 0, 1, 2}) which are also > 0. So they are {1, 2, 3, ...}. Non-negative integers (positive int or zero) are {0, 1, 2, ...} Hope this helps. πr2 (talk  changes) 02:18, 4 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
