Brackets in Template:Fooian European commissioners

Just a heads up, I added those brackets back to Template:Fooian European commissioners because without them it breaks the category description, as can be seen at Category:Belgian European commissioners -- "Belgium and the European Union|commissioners Belgium has a single European commissioner." It keeps populating the redirect Category:United Kingdom and the European Union so it must be reverted until fixed. These templates try to do too much and cause these problems. Less is best. Timrollpickering (talk) 16:37, 7 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
