“全物种活树”项目

“全物种活树”项目(英語:'The All-Species Living Tree' Project,或译“全物种生命树枝”项目)是ARB英语ARB ProjectSILVA rRNA英语SILVA ribosomal RNA database数据库项目和LPSN等多个学术团体/机构之间的合作,旨在组建一个包含所有有效发表的细菌古菌物种的16S rRNA序列数据库。[1] 在某个阶段,还收集了23S序列,[2] 但后来停止了。[3]

目前,对齐的数据集中已包含超过10,950个物种,并且随着新物种的发现或数据库中未收录物种的测序,还会添加更多物种。后者最初占物种总数的7%。

类似(以及最近)的项目包括细菌和古菌基因组百科全书Genomic Encyclopedia of Bacteria and ArchaeaGEBA),该项目专注于细菌和古菌的全基因组测序。[4][5]

该树是通过最大似然法分析创建的,未使用引导法:因此,准确性会因大小而降低,并且许多门级分支(例如厚壁菌门)无法正确解析。(真核生物未在分析中出现)。此系统发育树是基于16S rRNA的LTP_08_2023的总结,包含截至2023年8月所有已有效发布名称的模式种。[6][7][8]
