热脱硫杆菌门学名:Thermodesulfobacteriota)或称脱硫杆状菌门(学名:Desulfobacterota)[4],是一厌氧革兰氏阴性细菌。有许多代表如硫酸盐还原细菌英语Sulfate-reducing microorganism[5],其他的可以通过各种硫物质的歧化反应、还原或铁来生长,[6]甚至可以使用外表面作为电子受体(产电菌英语Exoelectrogen)。[7]它们的形态多种多样:弧菌、杆菌、球菌[4]以及丝缆状细菌英语Cable bacteria[8]人们还研究了脱硫杆菌门的个别成员的细菌纳米线英语Bacterial nanowires互养关系英语Syntrophy
