芽孢杆菌目（学名：Bacillales）来自拉丁语“bacillus”，意思是“小棍子、魔杖”，是革兰氏阳性菌的一个目，属于芽孢杆菌纲。[1] 芽孢杆菌目是厚壁菌门中最具生产力的目。[2] 代表性属包括芽孢杆菌属、李斯特菌属和葡萄球菌属。[3]
